Presentation: 15 NYSTAT vaginal tablets are supplied in aluminium
foil with applicator.

Composition:
Each NYSTAT vaginal tablet contains Nystatin U S P 100,000 units.

Indications:
Candida vaginitis such as vulvitis, perineal prutius,dyspareunia and dysuria etc.

Dosage & Administration:
One or two NYSTAT V.T. should be inserted daily. This should be continued for 2 weeks and it may be continued during menstruation.
OR AS DIRECTED BY THE PHYSICIAN.

Instructions for using the applicator:
1. Remove a tablet from the foil, moisten it by dipping into warm water
and place in the open end of the applicator.
2. Lie down on your back with your knees bent.
3. Insert the open end of the applicator with the tablet, into the vagina
as far as it will comfrotably go.
4. Hold the outer part of the applicator in position and press plunger with foretinger until the tablet is expelled from the applicator into the vagina.
5. Withdraw the aplicator from the vagina.
6. If two tablets have been prescribed, then repeat the directons.
7. Clean the applicator by washing it thoroughly in warm water.
8. Dry the applicator and store in a clean place.
A sanitary pad may be worn to prevent leakage as the tablet dissolves.

Side Effect: -
Local irritation or burning sensation may occur in a very few cases but these symptoms are not considered harmful.

Indications & Usage:
Respiratory infections: Acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, lober pneumonia, upper respiratory infections and secondary infections of cold.
- Urinary tract infections: Pyelonephritis, cystitis, urethritis and bacteriuria in pregnancy.

Dosage & Administration:
500mg every 8 hours or as directed by the physian. For H.pylori eradication - 1000 ~ 2000mg per day, divided into 2 ~ 4 times or as directed by the physician.

Conaz 150 capsule : Each capsule contains Fluconzole INN 150 mg.

Indications :
It is indicated in the treatment of vaginal candidiasis and candidal balanitis, mucosal condidiasis (as oropharyngeal candidiasis, atrophic oral candidiasis, oesophagitis, candiduria); tinea pedis,corporis, cruris, pityriasis versicolor and dermal condidiasis; candidaemia and disseminated candidiasis and cryptococcal infections (including meningitis), prevention of fungal infections in immunocompromised patients following cytotoxic chemotherapy or radiotherapy.

Dosage & Administration:
Vaginal candidiasis & candidal balanitis-a single dose of 150 mg. Mucosal candidiasis (except genital) - 50 mg daily (100 mg daily in unusually difficult infections) given for 7-14 day in oropharyngeal candidiasis, for 14 days in atrophic oral candidiasis associated with dentures; for 14-30 days in other mucosal infections (eg. oesophagitis candiduria). Child , 3-6 mg/kg on first day then 3 mg/kg daily.
Tinea pedis, corporis, cruris, pityriasis, versicolor and dermal candidiasis- 50mg daily for 2-4 weeks (up to 6 weeks in tinea pedis).
Invasive candidial infections (including candidaemia and disseminated candidiasis) and cryptococcal infections (including meningitis), 400 mg initially then 200mg daily, increased if necessary to 400mg daily; treatment continued according to response (at least 6-8 weeks for cryptococcal meningitis); child 6-12 mg/daily (every 72 hours neonate up to 2 weeks old); maximum 400 mg daily.
Prevention of relapse of cryptococcal meningitis in AIDs patients after completion of primary therapy, 100-200 mg daily.
Prevention of fungal infections in immunocompromised patients following cytotoxic chemotherapy or radiotherapy, 50-400 mg daily adjusted according to risk.
