Side Effect:
The mild side effects for usual dosage of Aspirin are nausea, dyspepsia, gastrointestinal ulceration, bronchospasm and asthma in hypersensitive patients.

Indications & Usage: Frulac is indicated for the treatment of
- Congestive heart failure
- Liver cirrhosis, with collection of fluid in the abdominal cavity (ascites)

Dosage & Administration: Hypertension: Intially 25-50 mg daily, the dosage being gradually increased up to 50-100 mg. Angina pectoris: 100 mg daily in 1-2 divided doses. Arrhythmias: 50-100 mg daily.

Side Effects: Side effects of Atenolol are mild and transient. Commonest of these are cold extremities, gastrointestinal discomfort, skin rash and reduced heart beat etc.

Indications & Usage: Angina pectoris due to coronary artery spasms; chronic stable angina pectoris; (clasic effort-related angina pectoris); mild to moderate hypertension.
Dosage & Administration: Adults:30mg 3-4times daily before meals.Dosage should be increased
gradually at 1-to 2-day intervals units optimum response is obtained. The average dose range is 180-240 mg/day. Sublingual nitroglycerin may be taken as required to abort actue anginal attacks
during Angizem therapy.
Indications & Usage: Reduction of atherosclerotic events (myocardial infarction, ischaemic stroke and vascular death) and in patients with atherosclerosis documented by recent stroke , recent myocardial infarction or established peripheral arterial disease.
Dosage & Administration:
Recommended Dose: 75 mg once daily with or without food. No dosage adjustment is necessary for patients with renal impairment.
Overdosage:A single oral dose of clopidogrel at 1500 or 2000 mg/kg was lethal to mice and rats and at 3000 mg/kg to baboons. However, no adverse reactions have been reported after 3ingle oral administration of clopidogrel in healthy volunteers. The bleeding time was prolonged by a factor of 1.7, which is similar to that typically observed with therapeutic dose of 75 mg/day. Platelet transfusion may be used to reverse the phamacological effects of clopidogrel when quick reversal is required.
