Generic Name: Eperisone HCI INN 50mg
Presentation: Eprel Tablet: Each film-coated tablet contains Eperisone HCI INN 50mg.
Indications: 1. Improvement of hypertonic conditions caused by the following diseases:
Neck-shoulder-arm syndrome, scapulohumeral periarthritis and low back pain.
2. Spastic paralysis caused by the following diseases: Cerebrovascular
disorders, spastic spinal paralysis, cervical spondylosis, post operative sequelae
( including cerebrospinal tumor ), sequelae of trauma ( spinal injury and head injury ), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, infantile cerebral palsy,spinocerebellar degeneration, spinal vascular disorders, subacute myelo-optico neuropathy ( SMON ) and other encephalomeyelop
Dosage & Administration:
The usual adult dosage for oral use is 3 tablets ( 150mg of Eperisone HCl ) daily in 3 divided doses after meals. The dosage may be adjusted depending on the patient’s age and severity of symptoms.

Presentation: Injection (75mg / 3ml)
Indications:
Inflammatory and degenerative form of rheumatism, acute musculoskeletal disorder, acute gout, post-op inflammation & swelling, paintful and inflammatory condition in gynaecology, dysmenorrhoea, ENT infection.
Dosage & Administration:
1 ampoule IM or at the most 2 injections/day as initial or acute therapy for not > 2 days

Generic Name: Diclofenac 50 mg enteric-coated tablets Presentation: Blister of 10 tablets Box of 10 blisters. Indications & Usage -
Inflammatory and Degenerative forms of Rheumatism: Rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis; ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis and spondyarthritis. Painful and/or inflammatory conditions in gynaecology, eg. dysmenorrhea or adnexitis. Dosage & Administration:
Usual adults dose: Initial daily dose: 50-150 mg/day in 2-3 divided doses. Maintenance treatment: daily dose: 50-100 mg. Tablets should be swallowed whole with liquid, preferably before meals. Side Effect:
Gastrointestinal tract: Epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, diarrhoea, abdominal cramps, dyspepsia, flatulence and anorexia.
- Central Nervous System: Headache, dizziness, vertigo.
- Skin: Urticaria, eczema, erythema multiforme.
- Kidney: haematuria, proteinuria, interstitial nephritis, nephrotic syndrome.
- Liver: Elevated serum aminotransferase values ( SGOT, SGPT ),hepatitis with or without jaundice.
- Hypersentivity reactions, eg asthma, systemic anaphylactic / anaphylactoid
